Yellow Palm - 60m2 - cozy, central with a green view

Hi there We had a perfect stay there. The apartment was on the second floor and there was no elevator. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. There was no door only a curtain for the bathroom, shower and toilet, which is connected to the entrance. We closed the kitchen door to create a pleasant atmosphere in the restroom. Despite the central location, our apartment had a green view and a quiet environment. Perfect, we'd love to come back. Kind regards

The rented apartments were well-maintained and functional and suited to meet short tenants. Most units offered a balance between affordability, comfort and location. Apartment was accessible to public areas like transportation and supermarkets, reducing commute time and convenience for tenants.

Positive: Die Lage war sehr günstig von den Verkehrsverbindungen her in einem schönen Altbau, die Wohnung war groß, gemütlich und alles Nötige vorhanden Negative: Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus...

第二の家のような感覚 Positive: ウィーン西駅からすぐ近く、アクセスは最高でした！ 対人でのチェックイン・チェックアウト形式ではなく、事前に連絡される暗証番号で滞在中も出入りするので複数名で別行動する際に困りません。 部屋は非常に広々としており、棚には子供向けの絵本やおもちゃ、キッチンには簡単な調味料や衛生キットも完備されておりました。 Negative: エレベーターは無いので、荷物が多い人はお気を付けください。 また、建物に大きく看板等は掲示されていないのでGoogle mapのストリートビュー等で、外観を事前に確認されると良いと思われます。 玄関部分とバスルームが隣り合っていますが、扉ではなく暖簾で仕切られていたので気になる人は注意してください笑

Positive: Tolles Appartment. Alles blitzsauber, Appartment bei Ankunft wunderbar vorgewärmt. Küche Top ausgestattet,alles vorhanden. In der Nacht völlige Ruhe, sehr gute Betten. Hatten Gelegenheit mit dem Betreuerteam im Stiegenhaus zu sprechen,total nette Leute. Steht in Zukunft bei Wienbesuch an erster Stelle.
