Perfect location, large apartment, extremely responsive host Positive: Great location, responsive staff Negative: 3 tall stories and no elevator- we knew, but it’s tough. Kind of weird bathroom setup

Comfortable stay for groups Positive: We were a group of 3 friends staying in the apartment. The location is convenient and well connected by public transport. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets was a luxury. Check-in was breezy thanks to the doorcode. No more dealing with keys or keycards. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Hosts were communicative. Negative: Some minor improvements could be made. Perhaps, the hosts could provide a selection of 1-2 different pillows in the bedroom as the current ones aren't very comfortable. Also blackout curtains in bedroom would be great. There were coffee capsules in the kitchen, but no machine to use them. Maybe we could have asked them about it.

Positive: The apartment was wonderful—clean, quiet, and located in a convenient area with all public transportation very close by. We were sorry to leave, and if we come back to Vienna, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Great location, Great apartment Positive: Thank you Palm Staff. Our apartment was a very spacious two bedroom, two bath with a very large kitchen and common area. We both appreciated the decor and colours. The unit was well equipped, and very clean. Location was excellent with trams and the underground a minute away. There was a food market, a few steps away as well of plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping. The museum district was an easy and pleasant 20 minute walk. Communication with the host was always prompt and professional. Once again, thank you for a lovely 6 nights in Vienna.

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wurde. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Penny und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was den Aufenthalt noch bequemer macht. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass die Einrichtung nicht langweilig oder standardmäßig wirkt. Sie ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich zugleich. Man fühlt sich wirklich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause! Ich kann das Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
