The apartment is in an excellent location with trams, metro, and train station mere minutes away by foot and faces a quiet street. The rooms are spacey. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of water pressure. The water heater is in the kitchen and it took a minute to warm up the showers for first use. We loved having the stackable washer and a real dryer. It took a little while to understand that the dryer is a condenser dryer (so it doesn't have to vent to the outside) and the water reservoir needs to be emptied quite often.There is an air conditioner in the master bedroom and a fan in the second one.Communication was excellent.The one downside is that there is no elevator in the building. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

A perfect location to explore the city sights, the Vienna Woods and a day trip to Bratislava Positive: The property had a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent: various supermarkets/bakeries nearby and excellent travel options nearby. The owners were nearby to answer any questions Negative: The 72 steps up to the apartment could be a problem for some people

Apartment was very comfortable. Considering we were there during a record heat wave, the AC units kept us comfortable. The management, great. This location doesn't have an elevator, but that was communicated ahead of time. Perfect location to see Vienna, it's right next to a public transportation hub and grocery store. It was easy to see this lovely city without a car. Thank you!

Positive: Super Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr mit U-Bahn, Bus und Strassenbahn/Tram. Auch zu Fuß ist man bestens verortet, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Negative: Ein Umstand für den die Unterkunft nichts kann, jedoch ist die Anreise mit dem PKW und die damit verbundene Frage wie das Auto geparkt schwierig. Man sollte sich vorab gut kundig machen. Im Bereich der Unterkunft dürfen nur Anwohner parken. Mit Pay UCA kann man jedoch in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus für ca 15 Euro pro Tag parken.
